An affiliate entity that is controlled by Ravine Park Partners and Legacy Varin Property Management, owns 126 condominiums of the 168 total condominiums in the adjacent complex known as The Falls at Pike Creek. Both complexes will share a newly renovated club house and amenities on the entire property.
