Annenberg Investments along with Sterling Bay purchased this 252,000 square-foot, 12-story Gothic style office building with ground-floor retail in Chicago, Illinois in July 2007. The building, designed by architect Jens B. Jensen, was completed in 1927 and was extensively renovated – including upgrades to major systems and aesthetic improvements to preserve its classic Gothic architectural detail. In 2010, 300 West Adams obtained landmark designation from the City of Chicago.
The property was sold to Alliance HP in August 2012.
